I like Vonchong's idea of the beaches being closed but still being able to swim in pools, pond etc.

I just did it and when one of them shot me I fell backwards off the boat and into the water. As the wasted sign came up all you could see were the golfers shooting my corpse in the water

I think it would be cool to put the vehicle in cruise control. It wouldn't turn corners or anything but it would just go straight that way you could send it up a crowded footpath or have the cops chasing and empty car! Also all cars should have a sun roof that you could climb out of.
