    Here you go. The San Andreas Audio Toolkit (SAAT) just released i think. http://pdescobar.home.comcast.net/gta/saat/ It's not that easy to change stuff.. I managed to change the siren but it seems like i save the wav file in the wrong format cuz it sounds terrible.. // P
