Xbox if you like communicating and having a laugh with mates from school or what ever... High Spec PC for serious gaming but if you pc is not that good go with xbox

OK so i mod gta iv on the xbox 360 but i can only mod the common file and thats boring i want more like snow, real cars better graphics ect... Can i run gta iv in the highest spec with this ? my build will be complete in 2 weeks im currently using a Toshiba A300D I Tryed installing gta iv on it from the disk i obvi did not use my serial becuase im saving it for gta iv i just cracked it for offline play but it wont load i think i know why lol. But can u help me choose a G-Card ? What will run it at max res and max everything please. MY Pc's Specs.
