My all time favorite is Minigun(spawned by cheat).if not using a cheat,i'd prefer Ruger..it kills instantly!no second shots!btw,got till 6 stars of wanted level just by using Ruger..cool!

For example my favorite secret is a dead man in the water near the biker club.If you can tell us were you found it would be better.

btw,my favorite is the picture on top of a building that says 'Candy Sux!' which is nearby a bridge..sorry,no screenshots though..

so, i downloaded New Vice City 2004 (the mod) from TGTAP (don't know why i sayd that, it's not important
) and i also replaced : |the entire models folder| + default.dat, default.ide, handling.cfg, carcols.dat with other ones and i got new skins ... but there's a problem: the body of the car is a random color, the engine is white, the wheels are white, headlights are white,wheel rims are white. almost everything is f***ing white !! 
and something else i saw and pissed me off: the f***ing peds are white also
how can i make the damn cars more colored ??? and with what ?
excuse me for trash talking but this situation really ennoyed me !!
P.S. i am using a low-tech (if this word exists) to play vice city that meets vice city's minimum requirements !! CPU - 860MGHz
Ram - 380Mb
VideoCard - 32Mb

its not your pc systems' fault.maybe u had replaced the wrong files!thats the most common error a player could make while modding their game..

The thing is: i got a new skin for the rhino ... but there's a problem ... i opened gta3.img with txdWorkShop ... replaced the rhino.dff and rhino.txd with the new ones and when i opened vice city i was amazed ... the rhino has the new textures but it's all white !! no camo !! ... why ? ... can someone tell me how to make the rhino black ? ... plz anybody !!
maybe u just misreplaced the txd file..it often happens though.u should re-check the img file.maybe there are 2 txd file instead of one.if there's 2,delete any one of it..

goddamn, most of the people who stated the word "GTA is inappropriate for children" was because they want to be called a good person where the truth is actually the other way around. they are actually destroying freedom, not only in America but also the freedom around the world, and R* actually have rights to release hot coffee as long as they rated it as 21+(which what have been the problem, SA was not rated R when hot coffee was released. and does all the ratings ever worked at all? maybe but if we look at these days, underage(including me) playing /watching/reading/looking at things that's unsuitable for them
it's not that the rating system that's failed, i think personally it's because of the morale system. but what separates us from other creatures is actually our lack of judgement, morale, respect for others, and mainly our brains that's always need satisfying things. but these things are actually good things because what makes hero a hero is the existence of the villains(that's my quote don't steal it
). well not that R* is the villain, R* is simply a company that makes games under the rule of law, rights and constitutions. GTA is not meant for children and it does not mean that in real life we have to be a criminal. it depends on our judgement to choose, if you think GTA IV can make you a criminal or in this case(hot coffee case) a rapist, sex maniac, or perverts, then i suggest you to go to the Psychiatrist right now. GTA is just a game that's designed to satisfy our needs and release stress, not to make us stressed and be a serial killer, rapist or whatever criminal activity it is.our parents is a matter of concern too, but it's not that our parents are bad parents for letting us play GTA. our parents want what's best for us and i was told by my old man that playing these games couldn't make me a serial killer, but his wrong actions as a father can turn me into one. my parents only want me to have a little freedom, after all GTA can't kill me like drugs do right? JT and others should see that maybe a drug addict who wants to be cured would rather addicted to GTA game than crystal meth right?(i stole it from boston legal but what the hell)
i'm glad that people don't care about it that much, it's not JT that sickens me. it's his mind that always thinking too conservative and oppose violence in games when he should have fight violence in real life instead.
hmp...interesting topic here..honestly,i dont think that they should have banned the 'hot coffee' scene..when game sales started to fall bcoz of such action,who is to be blamed??

where can i get the downgrader??mine is v2..so it does has a lot of problems occured while playing,such as hanging..it makes me crazy,especially when it hung up in a middle of a mission!

I can't take two days without doing it
(believe me, I already tried...). I usually do two times per day 
.Cool!bet you cant break the highest per day which is 5 times...huh..i know what r u thinking,u must be thinking thats crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!well,it is crazy...hahaha..but,for me,i'll stay for 2 days for my next 'session'.

My favorite car is sultan..that car is cool!after modded in a garage,u'll get a hell full of sporty looking car.other than that,i prefer slamvan too.its the most expensive and the most stylish car in SA!but...sadly i have no pictures of it..

well..sincerely speaking,i kinda bored with the old gta sa.but,thats what makes it great!the graphics aren't like any other gta francais..but,i would be looking forward for gta sa to be back in release this 2010!i would prefer it'll continue the same as gta 3 to vice city.both game are related.so,i hope a latest release of SA wouldn't be different as it was before.im hoping that they will be designing some new cities and just let CJ be their 'godfather' this time instead of CJ getting all the orders!
