How about a Fallout Mod using the Fallout Series. For Example, The Plasma Caster from Fallout: New Vegas replaces the Minigun. Or a Gatling Laser You can go to the Fallout Wiki and Find Pictures of Weapons You could also make people from the Fallout Series such as the Enclave or the Brotherhood of Steel., NOTE: All Pictures belong to the original creators

It's most likely in the main script. I've only played Vice City on PS2, not on PC. Anyway, you'll need some tool to open the main script.

How do I make more of the same weapon without the file conflicting the game. For example, I want a M4 Sopmod and a M4A1 on the same file m4.dff and m4.txd but to the point it's not conflicting each other. How do I do this?

I would like to see a Call of Duty: Black Ops Weapons or Skins Mod, unless there are some out there.
