ok guys its in 84 and i believe he will make a return because this game is set 2 years before vice city and you will play as victor vance (lance vances brother) so they will have to meet up before the exchange that happened in the begining of VC.

OK heres what i want to see in the next GTA: Online- this has been something i have wanted for so long as im sure others have also, i want their to be different options and be able to start and apply to join gangs and all that stuff. start gang fights with others gangs all across the world and make your way to the top of the world ranks. Better destruction - the whole point of gta is making it as realistic as possible and when i shoot a building with a rocket launcher i expect it to blow up which they dont. when a car runs into something it doesnt crumble like most cars do in real life. if you scrape against a building i expect their to be no point on the car but when i get out to my suprise its fine and the car looks as good as new. I want to be able to walk into almost every building and actually be able to do something like say you walk into a bank do a bank robbery or if you walk into a house your should be able to steal everything including their fridge. More vehicles - yah i dont mind the vehicles that are already in the game but ive drove every last one of them and sometimes in a traffic jam you will see 5 of the same vehicles in a row. add more ridable vehicles such as rollerblades and skate boards and all that. (no offence but the bmx in SA sucked and you couldnt do any realistic tricks) Weather and Seasons- Weather such as snow would complete this game. having a snowmobile driving around with snow plows everywhere ohh i just would play this game non stop. Have severe weather like tornados that only hit not very often. Music- i know rockstar was trying to get the ghetto theme across in SA, but the music sucked. i loved VC for the music it was just awesome and i cant wait for VCS to come out to see what the music will be like on that. but i want their to be better music so i dont always have to turn the radio station off in every car im in. gun battles - in all the gta games every cop just runs out and tries to kill you. I want them to hide behind cars and hide in alley ways and everything not just run right towards you as i said earlier GTA is about being realistic and not every cop in real life runs towards a man with a ak 47 in his hands.
