When I'm doing this mission, I usually end up with a 4 star wanted, and die in the street like a dog. Do I have enough time to visit Pay 'n Spray before all the evidence on me is collected?

She's white?! I mean, I know it's possible, but I'm wondering if Rockstar did this so they wouldn't get extra flack from PC groups. I can just imagine some typical dumb-ass liberal group getting upset because a black woman was depicted in an unsavory light.

Speaking of empires...I'm not sure if this is a glitch, but it occured at a time when the textures weren't loading nicely, so lemme know: I had to defend one of my 'businesses,' and even though my crew was outside, they were just standing there, frozen. I know I have to recruit people with the up button, but in the past, when I've driven up, I think they were already fighting the rival gangs. I'm also thinking this might be a glitch is because this happened at a time when I blasted the crap out of someone right in front of the police, and they did nothing.

Yeah, I went to take over a location. I destroyed the motorcycle, then when the bikers are supposed to come after you, I heard shots, got shot, and saw no one. There was also a triangle blip suggesting they were in the river. They weren't!

The radio cutting out is tolerable, compared to what happened to me: I'm driving around town, halfway through my shakedown racket. I go into Hardcore Pawn to bust up the joint, and when I walk out the door, I end up in the RIVER! Needless to say, I'm too far from either shore to make it back alive. I'm also starting to experience attacks by disembodied motorcycles, and have been shot at by people who weren't there.

I can get 3 before the joint goes up. I'm sure it's just gaining efficiency. I'm always hopeful, though, that there's some tiny, little thing that I didn't notice! Thanks

Does anyone have any tips for getting through the room quickly?

I agree with O GTA M, you jump into the fray pretty quickly, instead of other editions where you have to chauffer people around for a hundred years, and then MAYBE you get the privilage of getting a crappy pistol. Just the fact that this guy can swim, too, makes me really like it. OK, so Vic's no CJ, but this game is like a blend between SA and the old VC, with some of the things you can do. Some.

I don't follow the hearse around town (Well, not after the 1st time anyway). I drove straight to the morgue, and blocked the driveway with 2 vehicles, bumper to bumper. The driver will try to push past, but you have time to jack the hearse. After that, yeah, drive like hell to the Pay 'n Spray!
