Well, Gta IV Confirmed that is Little Jacob & He has the Senagalise Flag (Flag Of Senegal) On his Belt Which is in Africa Hence The African Pendant & he can't be Rastafarian if he's from Africa. Hope thats Clear.

like the idea of people talkin foreign languages and joining and crating ur own gangs u coud choose wot they wear n wot coulors aswell customisation and better damage & i have a suspicious feeling its not just liberty city in this game maybe a return of vice city aswell maybe i dunno but rockstar are being quiet to quiet!

I Just Had An Idea! How About Them Preaching Jesus People In The Street & When You Walk Past Them They Shout I Can Smell The Devil In You lmao!! And In The Real Times Square There Is Markets Stalls Parades Magicians And Stuff Like That I Think They Should Put Things Like That Into The Game To Make It More Atmospheric. Plus The NYC Marathon!

As the first GTA IV trailer was recently released well....i only just recently viewed it "ive been busy lol" anyhow i was both excited and impressed by the trailer like the new character, graphics and the cars move very realistically dont you agree? Yet we still havent seen any weapons! tut tut oh well we will have to wait and most of all I Wanna Know Youre Views On The Trailer!!!
