With vcs, you cannot play infrastructure multiplayer games. Ie, connect to a wirelees internet access point, and challenge players acroos the world, you can, though, use ad hoc mode, whereby a 'bluetooth' style communication ( two or more psp arer wirelessly linked and respond to on and another as, for example a multiplayer game) is established betwwen 2 psp both with VCS, only under these circumstances can you play multiplayer VCS which i PWN at! (beat my mate 5-0 on might of the hunter, by 11 checkpoins on quadathlon, 22 checks onb street rage, and 10-0 Vice survivior) MUhahahahha

Speed on down to the hospital on the east islnd, somewhere down south as soon as the mission starts, get the heli from round back, then whirl away. Each time you get to a new piggy station, steal their undamaged heli to get to the next rooftop. After all antenna are destroyed, land on top of the pay n spray, steal a ped car and spray your way to freedom!

Tips for finding this: don't rocket down the beach at warp factor 9, because due to VCS's track record, it probably won't load... To my knowledge it's slap bang n the middle of the beach, also try driving a BF (purchasable at sunshine autos sometime in the game, forget where???) But yeah, the missions are a 'peice of chocolate cake' (cesar vialpando) one you get to them, so no worries from there on in...

I've had VCS since it came out, played it non stop. I ddi the missions religiously, so no, i don't play like you. Unless i get to a real hard mission or sub-mission or something, that's when i loke to make the residents of vice city pay for their sins, HUNTER style...

Now i've got 98% and i'm just tryin 2 find the lat 2, i just doss about really, when i'm bored trying.

You should be able to, at traffic lights, like do a burnout and sound your horn to trigger drag races, then race for cash or pinks...
