the empire buildings bring lots of fun and value to vcs,but the gangs lack powerful weaponry,the most powerful thing they use is the AK47,heck,i took over 2 empire buildings using nothing but my mad fisticuff skillz,along with increased health and armor.

to get the army suit again,just complete the last mission "last stand" to unlock it at the safehouses

if you use cheats,just put the wanted level cheat in (u,r,t,t,d,l,x,x) it'll get rid of the cops,but even when they're not around,things can still go wrong,a good way to beat that mission is by using the gyrocopter (little willie),sure it costs $5,000,but it'll make traveling the city a whole lot easier,and in this mission,speed is a critical necessity.

the gang members in vcs can be a drag,they are as tough as steel but they're dumber than a post,don't turn to your gang when you want to get something done,the best way to conquer the missions and empire building sites is to use the slow motion cheat,the aiming cursor still moves at normal speed so you can get deadly accuracy with any weapon you choose,but back to topic,the only thing the empire buddys are good for is bullet shields,they take about 5 M4 clips to kill,so they can be good for that sort of thing...

yes,there are two other ways to get them,you can either wait until dusk,they are more common at that time,or you can go to the jetty near leaf links,on the way to leaf links golf course,there is a jetty,keep near the edge of the water and head north until you find another jetty which has a jet ski,to remember where it is,set a target for it on the map.
