hey im kinda new to the whole modding scene, i just want to mess around with creating buildings and stuff, as i would like to know how to mod, and i think that starting with buildings would be a start. so do you know of any programmes i could use?

any where you know of that does it cheap? and do you guys use a controller for playing it on here? or keyboard and mouse?
