The compilation is set for release throughout Europe on December 6th, and North America the following day, December 7th (proof that the American's don't get everything before us). This is two weeks after the release of the 2CD and DVD Special which is released later this month. You can view track listings (you'll notice that not ALL songs are included on the CD's) on Take2's Investor Relations page.
