Urbanoutlaw Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 Pretty sure the HPV (Police Bike) uses a TXD that doesn't support color change. You would need the tools to extract the TXD form GTA3.IMG, & use PAINT or a similar program to change the color & replace it back into GTA3.IMG.
