Down loading problems

Well i downloaded a weapon from this site and know i have it in the GTA Vice City folder what do i do after that?

firstly, get the IMG TOOL here

{With this tool, you can modify things in the :Player,weapons,cars,etc.}

Then, extract the .txd file which you want TO BE REPLACED [using IMG tool] as a BACKUP.

Then, delete it ONLY FROM IMG TOOL.

THEN, add the downloaded file in the sameplace using Add file option.

Then, select option Rebuild Archive.

Wait till it completes.

Then play !!

Remember to use DELETE instead of REPLACE option when you remove the original model (.DFF & .TXD). I remember some

of the IMG tools having a problem w/ the REPLACE option. Make sure the new model has the same name as the original when

you put in into GTA3.IMG.

I used EXTRACT to copy the original model to my desktop & would save it as a back up (for example, when I replaced the

SNIPER w/ a Dragonov) as Sniper OEM before I deleted it from the IMG file. If you don't like the new weapon, you can just

put the old one back in.
