yanko693 Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 first off im new to doing this ive only mastered installing cars and maps. is it possible to take a pedestrian and edit him to make him bigger/smaller and to make him a new skin? if so how? and how can i get him to hang out in a certain area? i also want to possibly get him to be in a custom mission. and last how do i mod buildings into things and can i edit the inside of an enterable building? and how. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't think you can make him bigger/smaller but you can edit his clothes and face etc... I don't know how to make skin mods so I can't help you there. To get them to appear in different places you need to edit one of the script files (not sure which one). Yeah, to make missions you need BW's Vice City Mission Builder.
