I think Gerard recently stated data files are okay, it's the EXE that isn't allowed to be distributed, so you guys should be okay. As a general rule, ask yourself if it's something that you can replace w/ a mod from TGTAP downloads. If yes, no prob. If no, you'll have to get it from your original install disc.
