IllusionMPN Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 Microsoft is rumored to be slashing the price of their XBOX 360 a week before it's release. Why you ask? The GTA series has always been a Sony Playstation series and Microsoft wants a large piece of the GTA pie. TechRadar is reporting that the price of every Xbox 360 SKU is to be slashed by 50 Euros on March 14 across Europe and cites "well-placed games industry sources". But it is a good idea, which will make more people want to buy a 360, like me. "This effectively means that the cost of the Xbox 360 Elite system on Amazon will be in the region of £240 and the basic Arcade system (without a hard drive) will cost in the region of £150." Sweet.
