Problem solved! (games not working)

Problem has been fixed. had to delete the user files. Topic Closed. Thanks for the help.

ORIGINAL POST:

i had all three gta games on my pc for ages, and they all worked great. for some reason now, none of them will open. i click on them, and they start to run (according to the task manager) but then nothing happens. my computer is new, with no viruses or anything else. it just seems weird for all three games to just stop working... all my other games work (sims, star wars games and so on..), but none of the gta's. wtf? any ideas anyone?

EDIT: uninstalled all of them, and reinstalled SA. still wont work.

One thing I know, re-install all of your games again. Its not like your save files will be gone, it wont be gone. Trust me.

sorry guys. nothing worked. i think i need to talk to an expert, cause i think it might be that i have a file missing, or a file that is there when it shouldn't. i just dont get how they just all stopped working.
