Here what 'Game' had to say: Due to demand, we are unable to accept any further pre-orders for the standard edition of Grand Theft Auto IV, however it is still available for launch day in this excellent PlayStation 3 Hardware bundle.You can still preorder the superb Special Edition for release day! But the Special Edition are still available for a limited time now untill they are out. This is applied to both version consoles the XBOX 360 and Playstation 3.
