I reccommend you use the jetpack cheat before attempting to teleport to these locations... Teh, me has discovered nearly everythin in blue hell (Interior universe)... Shame I got the 'heaven' names wrong on most... you'll need a PC version and a telelporter. then go to ganton gym, kill everyone, fly up blah blah...
