Urbanoutlaw Posted June 28, 2008 Share Posted June 28, 2008 It would be fairly simple in theory, just a huge job if you want to do more than a couple. You'll need to identify each ped's voice pack (identified in PEDS.IDE), extract them & replace them w/ your own. For active characters like Big Smoke or Toreno you'll have to extract the cutscenes & re-dub them as well. I think they're identified in the MAIN.SCR file. All the tools are out there, just a matter of tracking down the bits. I don't know about SA but GTA4 has something like 80,000 lines of dialog NOT counting cutscenes & missions.
