SanAnOutlaw Posted December 6, 2008 Share Posted December 6, 2008 Hey, im new here. I downloaded GTA SAN ANDREAS from direct2drive.com. I have always loved the game, and wanted to have it, so i got it. Well, as it is, you cant access any other islands in the game.. yet. But, I knew what happens when you go to the other island. I went from my safehouse in Santa Maria Beach, swam across the water to the shore on the other island. I went into that small trailer park, (there is a monster truck) and i got in the vehicle, and I waited to see if 'd get a high wanted level, but nothing happened- at all. So i just drove to Mt. Cliliad, and other places on the island. I was on the other islands for hours, and didnt get ANY stars. IS this normal??? Or is it just a glitch?? Also, a questions: - why are some houses on the map red (you cant puchase them) b/c i discovered one at Palomino Creek that couldn't be brought yet. I've never done that, or heard of it so possibly a glitch =P Yeah. There are like 4 safe houses available on the island, from the start, excluding CJ's real house.
