Nissan_Skyline_GTR_R34
Okay. my game wasn't starting, so i just thought "i'll just uninstall the game and start over" so i hit the autoplay button to uninstall it, but then it wanted me to launch RGSC, so i did, and it was completely pointless, so i tried to delete the GTA IV folder, but then it screwed me over , cause it wouldnt delete three mesley little files, so where is the uninstall button? EDIT: Come on guys! Anyone!? Edited December 17, 2008 by Nissan_Skyline_GTR_R34
Chris
XP: Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Grand Theft Auto IV Vista: Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Grand Theft Auto IV Hit uninstall. Though that just runs the built in uninstaller usually so it'll do the same thing. What do you mean "it wanted me to launch RGSC, so i did, and it was completely pointless" Did you quit out of it halfway through or something? It probably needs to uninstall stuff in a certain order or something weird like that...
JustADummy
Since he removed the GTAIV folder, that's impossible because InstallShield will not locate the game's directory and will give an error.
Chris
Oh I didn't read that. Yeah. Well what happens if you try to install now?
JustADummy
I tried it once with GTA San Andreas and I think it didn't work, I don't remember because it was back in '05.
