100% save file

im having trouble with using a 100% saved game file

ive tried multiple ones

i put it into the GTA San Andreas User Files

and start up the game but when i click load game and select the saved game the screen goes black and it says GTA SA has had a problem and needs to close

can anyone help me?

Have you installed any modifications into your game?

Have you made sure that the save and game versions match?

Have you got a legitimate copy of the game?

Ive modded my game

and i know its the same version

and yes its legit

i downgraded it from v2 to v1

How can it be the same version if you downgraded it?The downgrader didn't work?

i downgraded it to V1

then got a V1 saved game but it didnt work so i tried other V1 saved games they still didnt work

You still need V2 saves because the downgrader doesn't downgrade main.scm. Only the .exe so the game can be moddable.

You need a V1 main.scm (Replace it with the old file in "SA ROOT FOLDER/Data/Script") file which you can google as "GTA SA V1 main.scm".

W00t thanks spider, i wouldnt have been able to find this without ya, now i hope it works for sunka too.
