JAB HacksouL
I use TXD WORKSHOP and I downloaded some new paint jobs. They say to add paint jobs. And I did it but still i didn't see any of my new paint jobs INgame. http://www.thegtaplace.com/forums/index.ph...st&p=311031 Yo... Jab But this is not my problem I did not replace any thing I just added club1.txd club2.txd club3.txd & club4.txd I was told to ADD and I did it Open one of the txd and peek inside with TXD workshop. See if the name of the TGA or BMP matches one of the cars listed. -OR- Did this come with a car of its own, any DFF model files? Also check out the "Readme.txt" (if any) for instructions about renaming the textures. The most paint jobs any car has in the unmodded game is 3. If you followed instructions and the files are installed proper the next step would be to use a CLEO script to summon the car. That would be much quicker than walking around looking for it. If the car is an ADDED car and not a replacement then I would opt for the replacement, I never had much luck with additional cars. But if this is just paint jobs maybe the author meant for you to magically know to rename them for the car... The lines of CLEO script you would need would be something like this: 04C4: store_coords_to 1@ 2@ 3@ from_actor $PLAYER_ACTOR with_offset 0.0 4.0 0.0 11@ = Car.Create(#URANUS, 1@, 2@, 3@) 06ED: set_car 11@ paintjob 1 Set it up to activate on a keypress and it should spawn your vehicle with paint job.
