Hmm, yeah, it is an epic fail. The only games that would play properly on that GPU are those casual games and GTA3/Vice City... It might take a week for each frame to load if you run IV on it... My PC does meet the requirements, but it is an epic show of lag and fail due to the fact that it is at the minimum required specs - 1.8Ghz Pentium Dual, 512MB Nvidia 8400GS, 1GB RAM, Windows 7 build 7000...crap... It is somewhat playable, but the fact that the virtual memory thing kicks in every once in a while (and the fact that I see LODs all over the place) keeps me from enjoying it...
