BCCrazy
Ive tried to download various 100% files and i delete gta_sa.set under GTA San Andreas user files and when i load the game it finishes loading, then says loading please wait and then quits and asks if i want to send an error report and when i go back into GTA San Andreas user files its back and everytime i try to load it comes back. Is that whats wrong with it? and how do i keep it away?
WRX22B1998
you dont need to delete gta_sa.set thats the settings file. if you put someone elses gta_sa.set that could cause your game to crash... just the files like GTASF1.b, only the ones ending in .b are save files. WRX22B1998
maybe they have v2, and you have v1. or the other way. get the downgrade patch so your v2 can be v1.

Blacklisted
Perhaps it's another modd causing conflict with the other files you're trying to install. Try installing one of the 100% files on a fresh install of the game (install the V1 dowgrader first after install). Try that and that should work.
