The antivirus will pick it up because the program has keylogging features so it can register your keystrokes in game (like shift-4 for example) and then apply wherever it is the trainer does. The reason this alerts your antivirus is because it can potentially be used to transmit details of keystrokes (such as credit card numbers) to people who shouldn't be seeing them (people looking to steal info from you). The ultimate trainer can't connect to the internet, so doesn't pose a danger in this way, even if you were to enter your vital details. TL;DR : It's inot a virus, don't worry.
