Modding the 360 version is prohibited by Rockstar Games/Microsoft and could result in your Xbox Live account to be banned and your gamertag labeled Cheater. Unless you own the PC version of GTA4, you'll have to play the missions to unlock all the areas. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
