Has anybody beat GTA V yet?

For Xbox 360?? If So, could I use your gamesave for xbox 360?? It's for my sister and she doesn't like to do missions.  She just wants to drive around, shoot, shop, and play with all 3 characters.

Shouldn't need to finish the game to do that, but as I've done typically, get the lay of the land, check out the full map before just doing mission after mission and typically more then once or poorly, I've found that tattoo parlors are scattered around, but locked up from entry, prompting that if you progress missions and the story, things are unlocked, but usually not up until the end, so it's just a matter of getting a certain percentage complete

Save files on the Xbox 360 are console id and user id locked.

To make it work, you'd have to modify xbox files which isn't allowed, isn't easy and can mess up a load of things, therefore I wouldn't recommend it. PS3 most likely is similar.
