the_cleaner
It looks like there aren't any tools yet to directly edit the in-game sounds and dialog. Anyone know what the format of the sound files are?

kornman00
I'm pretty sure the sounds are in ogg format. They use that lib, so if not the dialog and\or sounds, then the music most likely is. I don't really think they would be in a .wav format, because of how much space a wav file takes.
YoungFools
The Music is in a .ogg format, so the dialog/sound effects must be in the same format.
mvi
The ambient and event orientated sounds (ie everything 'cept music) is in a format similar to ogg vorbis however the headers are different. The music I believe is in a different format
