The JD Posted May 1, 2006 Share Posted May 1, 2006 Use the Numpad 8 and Numpad 2 buttons to raise and lower the thrusters respectively. You will need to hold these keys for atleast three seconds. When you hold Numpad 8 the thrusters are in flying mode, if you want to land just use Numpad 2 and hover again. Arrow keys will allow you to control the hydra in flight. P.S: Personally, I'd remap those keys to something else like Z and X. Makes for much easier control. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To move the thrusters so you can land, 2. I personally never use 2 as I land the Hydra like a normal plane and start it off while hplding 8, I hate using the 2 key.
