Metallix6403 Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 Hey everyone! I got a question about car mod destinations. I downloaded the BMW M5 and the car it is to replace is the Sultan. The thing is, is that I got an EVO VIII already replacing the sultan. My question is can I just rename the dff and txd files as well as the handling and vehicles text lines to another car such as the elegant? If not what do I need to change? chris82 Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 Yes. 1. Rename the dff and txd before you put them in gta3.img 2. From the readme copy the carcols.dat line (except the name) and replace the values by elegant 3. open your handling.cfg and copy the new line except the name and change the elegant's values. 4.
