napolitano Posted December 28, 2006 Share Posted December 28, 2006 i have taken a lot of empire sites but when they are under attack,ı rush there only to see my guards and the attackers standing there and doing nothing.and when the sharks chase me with their cars and i stop the dont shoot at me.what can ı do? This happens to me alot, just kill all the rival gangsters and they should come after a while, don't worry i took over every place even tho this glitch happend.
