You can only play multiplayer on PC not PS2 or Xbox. To the OP I am guessing you mean multiplayer on the computer? If so here is a link to download it http://eu.littlewhitey.com/samp01b-installer.exe You will need to downgrade your GTA:SA from V2.0 to V1.0 which is avaliable in the Modding Forum on a sticky.
