Damn, look, it's on where you installed VCM, then in the mods folder. Copy the .vcm files to there.

You have to copy the .vcm files to the place that is described on the Mod Manager readme, then start VCMM, select your VC folder, click the mod, click install, select the car you wish to replace and then continue.
