Entertainment retailer Zavvi is offering pre-order cards for highly anticipated Rockstar title Grand Theft Auto IV, ensuring customers receive a copy on the day of release. Well this is a shocker. Take-Two is apparently tired of Jack's tirades and they are taking him to court. They are taking him to court on the basis of infringing on their First Amendment a right that entitles free speech. Read the rest here

Well I find it aggervating when your trying to remember where something was and your driving around forever. This way if they have it, you just write down the address the first time you get to it, and save it. Would be nice I think.

This is a fact, I just didn't look at it close enough. "There is a GPS system in the car, and the recommended route shows up in yellow on the radar at the bottom left of the screen." This is kinda what we were talking about I guess. Would be nice if you could dial in an address or a business and it shows up in yellow wouldn't it?

Aren't they supposed to have street names and addresses? If that's the case then unless you stop to read road signs they won't do you any good. I think there is a good chance of having some type of navigation system.

For those of us who haven't been to New York and don't know the street layouts very well, I think it would be pretty cool to have a GPS system in the car to help you get around. What do you guys think?

It seems that a lot of rumors are going around these days, whether it's Jack Thompson going to be in the game, or whether it's going to be Hillary, Rockstar always has a way of getting there jabs out there. I came across an article that states that Hillary just might be in the game. How will they disguise her you ask? As a prostitute of course! I just want a release date myself. I am honestly getting tired of posting rumors, but if you don't post anything then my site dies lol.

Originally posted over at GTA4.tv and thanks to Brad for the heads up, this could be possible proof of a confirmed release date! Although it is still rumor until we find out from Rockstar themselves. Check out the article. Rumours have been flying around for awhile now stating that GTA4 will be released on April 25th, 2008 in the UK and Europe. Many game retailers are quoting this date when pre-ordering, and although I recently emailed Rockstar and enquired, they said they don't have any information on the release date just yet. Maybe this is a partial comment because I'm such a huge fan of GTA, but what other game gets this much hype? Yes there is hype for games like any other, but on the scale like this one.

An analyst from Next-Gen.biz is reporting that GTAIV is expected to sell around 17 million units. "Before the first half of 2008 ends, we can expect the release of AAA titles such as Super Smash Bros. Brawl (expected to achieve 13.95 million units of GLS [global lifetime sales]), Wii Fit (expecting 8.7 million units of GLS), Grand Theft Auto IV (expecting 17 million units of GLS), and Metal Gear Solid 4 (expecting 4.7 million units of GLS).” Well GTA has always broken records, I'm sure they will break this record when all is said and done.
