I currently have a AMD Athlon 64 Winchester 3500+ 2.2GHz overclocked to 2.5GHz at the moment with the ThermalRight XP-90c Heatsink, Vantec Spectrum Blue Modders UV 80mm fan with a low idle temperature of 27c.

Saw this the other day, its a pretty good device but its got an expensive price tag of $200-$300.

Where is the fan placed exactly, you could easily make a blow hole in the case and place the fan inside it easily. If you want some professional modding advice just ask at xmodding
