uh spaz i dont mean to be a smartass but san andreas uses a different engine than gta3 and vc by the way i dont think there is a reason for gta advance to exist because LCS for the psp is going to blow its ass away unless you cant afford a psp

i think that if you crash into a car that a cop should come up to you and ask for your lisence and registration then after a few seconds he should chase you and you should have 1 star and by the way just because there is snow doesnt mean it will actually snow it might just be in some spots throughout the game

how much money do you need to start a gang?

i think you should be able to change your gang's weapons based on how much money you have, i got tired of protecting my "hood" also i want more creative and suprising missions like when you have to go back to liberty city and the other mission when you parachute onto a building and shoot the enemy gangsters
