the whole thing was just stupid. you could only access the hot coffee mod deliberately by downloading it using action replay. ESRB made it sound as the mod was already in the game and could be accessed by anyone. Luckily here in New Zealand they investigated it and left it the same rating and i don't even think that they made it a requirement to have the patch.

Lucky it didnt get banned like in australia. Like i said in the other topic, if any aussie wants gta:sa they can just import 1 from nz for around $90NZD.

I reckon that GTA4 shouldnt have a city that its based on. Instead it should have all of the worlds major landmarks in on state. Imagine it; you're driving by the Sydney Opera House, then you pass the Eiffel tower 5 minutes later (in real time not GTA time) then after 10 mins of traveling you enter the Grand Canyon.

Definately bigger. GTA4 is going to be on the ps3 so i dont think that anyone should be worrying about the detail, if anything its going to be way better even if the state (or maybe country) is 4 times bigger than GTA:SA

Sorry if someones already said this but: -nos meter/gauge -split screen for 2 player mode -online play -building your own vehicle -have more food options -be able to compete sporting events -be able to watch sports in the stadium -have working t.vs that are always on not just when you play video games on it

Like I said in the forum about it beign danned here in NZ Why don't they just add to the GTA:SA rating "R18 contains violence, offensive language and sex scenes" it would make it so much more simpler. BTW if anyone in Australia wanted GTA:SA they could just import 1 from here in NZ and just pay around NZ$80 for the game and NZ$10 for P
