No, he means the vehicle ID number that identifies a vehicle in the main.scm and .exe. You should just be able to enter in the name. The SCM and exe accept both the name and ID number.

I have the PS2 version, but if it's close to the PC version, use the button you would use to move the camera around, and use the one to look down on your vehicle, and the Hydra should start flying. It was supposed to tell you in the mission Vertical Bird how to fly it, once you got to one.

I like makin' vids, and I use Movie Maker, since I film everything from a webcam.

I didn't like the fact that you only get the Rhino and Hydra after the 100% completion. Otherwise, it was fun getting to them.
I think the ending is perfect. Examples: CJ gets revenge on the guys who killed his mom (Ryder and Smoke), gets rid of the cop that's been giving him hell his whole life, without having to kill him and go to jail, becomes a gold record producer, owns 33% of a Casino, and saved his home hood from the gang wars that threatened it. How could it have been any better? He won every fight he fought, for the right reasons.Well, technically, Ryder and Big Smoke never killed CJ's mom. The Ballas doing a drive-by in the Introduction DVD did.

I'm having problem with this mission too. I always get to angel pine and drop stuff but when I want to turn back, I always crash into a tree or rock or something...
How to get to there, my advice is to fly forward until you reach the river and then go down the dam and fly under the briges, when you reach San Fierro fly over the airport, follow the highway and at the end, take a tight turn to the right and go between the rocks and trees and you'll see the red corona. fly through it to trigger the drop and then I don't know.

You have plenty of time, just try moving around them, or practice flying around a bit before starting the mission, once you get good enough, you should get through the mission in less than 3 mins, and able to fly with a broken wing. Trust me, practice makes perfect, just take your time when going around, even if it takes a longer time.

how about keeping the same route he goes in? It's what I use. Maybe take a Vortex outside the mission and practice.

there are controllers for PC for $15 at Wal-Mart. They work pretty well too, makes the game a whole lot easier.

if michelle is the GF with the Monster, take her to this one resteraunt or drinking date down by Ammu-Nation in SF. I'd suggest getting all of the Oysters so they'll love you no matter what, that means sex appeal, clothes, weight, that kind of thing.

the one at Santa Maria beach is $10,000 if you win, and you end up in Missionarry Hill in San Fierro. the one at Palamino Creek is $20,000 if you win, and end at the 4 Dragons Casino. Get $10,000 worth if goods altogether in Burglary to get Unlimited Stamina, so you can win, also lose muscle or fat so he runs faster.

Car: Elegy (awesome drifting)
Bike: FCR-900 (nice engine, and speed)

off the top of Mt. Chiliad with a Quadbike (Monsterous Flips!) and flying underneath ANY bridge with a Hydra, no problem.

Just hit the direction the arrows are point, just before the circle goes over it. It takes a few tries, but don't worry about it, is cake afterwards.

a plane carrying explosives was going down over a town. the soldiers in the back threw out some explosives and the plane landed safetly. the soldiers are walking back home as they see a little kid cry, and ask,"What's wrong?" the kid says,"A gun fell and hit me on the head." they felt bad but just kept going on.
another kid comes their way, and this one is also crying. They ask him what's wrong, and he says,"I gun hit my arm and broke it!" the soldiers felt really bad, but said nothing.
