It is a silly religious cult, anyone would have figured that out if they heard how some peds talk, and listened to the laughable WCTR talk radio show in San Andreas. I am not sure I understand what your trying to get at? It was just a made up thing for the game, maybe intended to poke fun or mock "Scientology".

That would be so stupid, it would reck the entire game. Ha ha, it is a suggestion, how would it wreck the game? Unless RockStar has a Best Time, web site. RockStar ruined the GTA series with GTA IV, I like the way they have the game play set-up to elude cops

I do not know, like I said before I would be shocked to find out that mod makers have not been asked to create or make other garages accessible. I also would say the same about being able to use an existing garage to mod it for more space. I am sure you come across forum topics over the DATA folder/files, and how most of these files can be edited, but in order to access other items you would need to edit, or change the hard coded .EXE file, and or the min.script file. Now I am only guessing at this, because there seems to a gap in what mod makers can create, when it comes to changing things like accessing, un-accessible garages, or to allow an existing garage to hold more then 2-4 cars, if the garage is big enough to hold. I would not be surprised if someone came in and corrected me on needing to editing the .EXE and or the main.script files, but these two files are the only conclusion that I can think of for reasons why you can only access certain garages, and or why garages will only allow you to store a 'fixed' number of cars. Including using airplane hangers for storing vehicles, I have seen videos where people have spawned 50-70 cars and parked them in the hanger garage, but they do not allow the door to close while there doing this. Just for the sole use of blowing up 50-60 cars at one time. But it would be nice to use the hangers for parking 20-30 (maybe more) vehicles. -

I'll try that, thanks for the suggestion. I attached a picture of three of my "modded" cars at the beach. Here they are... Cool.. I swear someone told me that there was a mod for the garage in San Ferrio, the old gas station, allowing you to use all the garage spaces. -
In the vehicle.IDE file there is only one section you should change. bfinject, bfinject, car, BFINJECT, BFINJC, BF_injection, executive, 6, 0, 0, -1, -->0.84, 0.92,<---- -1 -->0.84, 0.92,<---- I would not copy and paste the 'readme' settings, just look at the readme file and then manually type in the changes to the above numbers. This should be all you need to do.. I, as well as the other members have done this a hundred times, so if you are having problems you may need to downgrade your version of GTA San Andreas, this is the only other thing I can think of as far as problems with mods..

If you look at the very top of the handling file you will see RockStar, posted the settings in letters and numbers. I am guessing for there developers to mess around with.. If you mean the JET, look at the jet settings and the dod settings to see what is different. I have only played with the vehicle handling, but if compare the dodo to (whatever) jet, and or any other airplane or air driven vehicle you see a difference in there settings, including the one for 'air speed'. The air speed setting is something you will need to play with, it is not a clear cut setting like the speed settings for road vehicles.

Good to hear, anytime you need help there is always someone on here that can answer most if not all problems you have. The handling had been a problem for me, but I now have it figured out. Now I can set the handling the way I like it. I have the 69 camaro set up as a extremely fast car, similar speed as the "" NRG-500 stunt handling MOD "". It took time to set up the suspension, and the traction settings so you can actually control it.

You have to re-install the IMG tool, I have had problems with the IMG tool after re-installing the game, and sometime it works fine after,I yet again had to re-re-installing the game. You say it worked before, so re-installing the IMG tool should be the only thing you need to do. However with Windows Vista, the IMG tool has had problems running. There are solutions for it tho, but again you said it ran fine before you had to re-install the game. You can replace any car you want, I would keep in mind one thing tho, how many doors does the MOD have, and how many doors does the original vehicle in the game have. You also (obviously) need to make sure you rename the 'mods .dff amd .txd' files to that vehicle. I downloaded the 69Camaro, and the 71? chevelle, and replaced out the Infernus, and the Alpha, both the mod and the original cars have two doors. The designs of the cars or much, much different, but it did not effect the modded vehicles, other then how they get damaged in wrecks, which parts break off, but that is it. The vehicles, that the mod maker named and suggested, were I think the Sabre and the Buffalo. But I hated how these two cars handled, even with the replacing the handling with the 'suggested handling' readme file.

Sorry for late response, there was a mod that allowed you to use all of the garages in Ssn Ferrio, I tried looking for sometime back, because i was told about this mod, but I could not find it. Saldy the only other thing you could to would be to go through the mod files and read comments from the makers, some makers will put down in the comments and again in the README file after you download the mod, to e-mail them if you have any personal requests for mods. I would be aware of the two things over this. 1. download a few of there mods and try them out, see how the mods run, notice the attention to details (if your picky over details), and glitches/bugs. Tho the makers are emailed about these and get them fixed. 2. If they are solid mod makers, they probably have a boat load of requests, but seems most of them are wizards for making something in pretty wicked fast time. I have never really bothered to ask or request something, so I do not know how long it takes for them to respond to you email request, and send you a confirming email they got your request. And the length of time to make a mod. Tho this is goofy, because I am sure there have been hundreds of request for this, and I have not noticed anything in mods to access other garages. -
Yep like last comments you are not going to get any help from here and any other legit GTA forum. I see quiet a few people trying to download San Andreas for the 1.0 versions. RockStar really needs to offer 1.0 or the orignal version for those who want to buy it. And that note, it seems to me that RockStar did nothing when they released GTAIV to prevent people from modding it. Now if the idiot media started stories over GTAIV and how it can be modded like San Andreas it would be a different story. Of course the mod that started the moron media going is not in GTAIV but that would not matter the idiot public hears the word "MOD" they will jump up and attack thinking back to the Hot Coffee mod. And it just proves to me that RockStar needs to make a complete San Andreas game with everything they intended and offer it only from there web site, and you have to sign a waiver form saying you are solely responsible and under law signing this waiver you can be sued for lying about your age which you need to be 18+ years old. RockStar should also allow the game to be fully modded, as 1.0 was left to be. However people have been saying this for years and it does not look like it will happen, which is a shame!!

Does anyone have it? No one gives out any game files, unless they are brand new sound effects someone made to replace the original sounds. I can only say the ped has no voice, or the ped voice is misspelled in the data files folder. I am not even sure how you could lose a peds voice unless you played around with replacing a voice and messed up the sound file, if this is the case that is why you make backups of any or all files, before modding them.

This has been happening ever since I have been playing San Andreas.. I really have never bothered to post about it tho. It is both PlayStation and Pc versions.. This occurs a lot more often in the pc game then it ever did in the PS2 version. It is not a problem that I want to get rid of, just something I never bothered to ask others about. Sometimes I shoot cops, army, before they get a chance to exit there vehicles, and they sit there slumped over headless. You cannot steal the police cruiser due to the doors still locked, same with the Rhino. However if you move or runaway the police cruiser will stock you as well as the rhino, but even if you can get far enough away from the police cruiser he will catch up and stop, on the other hand the rhino will just run you over and then sit on top of you. I can take out the passenger of the police cruiser, they sit there slumped over, without a head, and I will allow the drive to live and exit then steal the police cruiser, and drive around with a headless passenger. Sometimes I will let the passenger sit there and the cruiser, wait for a while then open the passengers door, and CJ smashes his headless, head, into the dashboard with blood squirting from his neck, from the time CJ grabs him then drags him out of the car. And the other goofy (I guess glitch) is when I get the army barracks trucks, sometimes the passenger gets out first and attcks you, other times he will stay in the truck and after the driver gets out, he will open the passenger door, get back in slide over to the driver seat and take off. This AWOL coward goes even further then that, if the barracks gets destroyed he will steal any vehicle, Rhino, or a vehicle driving by, he has stolen an Ambulance, and a Fire Truck, just runs up drags them out, and off he goes. It will also happen with the passenger of the police cruiser, but it is rare for the cops to it. Same as the army coward, will sit there and let the driver get out of the cruiser, take the cruiser to bail out of the standoff, even steals other vehicles if the cruiser is destroyed. I know it is sad to now ask or mention this years after the game came out for PS2 and PC, but it was something I really did not get to see in forum topics. This is, or was, just for a good chuckle, and maybe get some replies on this!!

You need to make sure the name of the mod is the same as the original file you see or want to replace, if it has different name it will not show up during game play. Not sure this is what you mean? You also need to have Version 1.0 of San Andreas to mod the game, if you have mod you game already and the mods work then you do not need to worry about the version. This could be the problem too later version cannot be modded without a patch to downgrade it to 1.0.

I do not believe you can have two RockStar GTA San Andreas (Installed games) on one hard drive. When you allow the game to install auto install (using cd) it creates the GTA User Files folder. So you only have the one save files folder in (usually) in "my documents". Not being a smart mouth, and I am sure you know that. But may need to install the game and your OS on two separate hard drives using the install cd, I am not sure becuase I have heard of installs or re-installs on one hard drive, and the person now has 3-4 games San Andreas games but I do not know if you can actually install another San Andreas and have it use the same save file folder. Two hard drives would allow each game to have a GTA save files folder. I realize you COPIED the GTA Install Folder to make copies or backups so you have ALL the files. But I do not believe that the game will work as a copy and will not use the save files folder. So simply I do not think the game will allow you to take or make a copy from the original install folder, and share the Save File Folder, there may be registry files attached to the game files once the cd writes the folders and files, this prevents you or anyone else, from trying to give the game out, so you need to buy an original game cd, to be able to play and save the game. I believe all games have been this way for several years, some will not allow you to copy any files or the entire install folder, other will but have attached files that get written as the game installs, and any attempt to copy them will sometimes give you a warning window saying there are attached files that will be lost if you continue to try and copy or move the files, and some do not. I will add even if you copied the install folder, to the same hard drive directory on your computer, the copy may work and you can play the game, but it will not save it. It will bring up the save icon screen, and allow you to believe it will save your game, but it does not and you are not going to find any save files any where on your computer other then the User File Folder.

I figured out what was going on!! It was not a software or hardware issue. It was my computer power supply, after loading up the bios to check the voltages to the motherboard. I noticed my USB voltage is low, and the 12 volt supply was also below the normal voltage. I found this strange that the USB gamepad would act this way, but none of the other hardware that uses the USB seemed to have any problems, of course I rarely use any of the other hardware. I was going to delete out the topic, because no one will remember the solution, and or seeing how no one has really had this problem, and or those who did, never mentioned it in any of the forums I found will searching for answer. But then again it might be very helpful to some out there.

Alright I will try and explain everything I have done to this point. I downloaded and been using the SAAC Controller interface for San Andreas for some time now, it has worked perfectly until a few days ago. I cannot figure out why but the SAAC is using 30% of my memory, I have popped up the task manager, while running the game, this usage of memory is causing my game to run slow. I only have a TWO car mods in my game nothing else, textures, skins, ect. These mods were in before the SAAC started to act funny. I have reinstalled the entire game, deleted out the user.settings files, set the options for controllers for 'joypad'. Just about everything you would do to get the game setting and the SAAC program to run together smoothly. I even downloaded and reinstalled the SAAC program, tho you simply make a folder and move the files, and program, so that really is not reinstalling it. I have not used the SAAC program and ran the game with the Keypad+mouse controls and it runs at normal speed. I am also aware of the graphic settings but I have them set for the game to run normal, it does not bog down when it rains, and or with rain and all the chaos I cause with the cops, army, peds, and ped vehicles that happen to drive by, all at one time, those little mini wars... I have programs for spyware and viruses, and scanned for anything that would somehow cause the SAAC to act or use up memory, and found nothing, even "HijackThis" shows nothing in memory, along with the other blockers I have. The spyware and virus programs, with GTA and SAAC never have had any conflicting issues. So I cannot figure out why the SAAC program is acting this way, previously it ran normal without problems it only used between 4-10% percent of memory, but never caused the game to run slow. I am using the same controller and recently played Vice City in my PC to see if the controller itself is shorted out, and it runs fine, along with the control panel, game controller setting, and brought up the properties to test the controller. I cannot figure out what is going on with this! I have not installed any new software or hardware but this problem came crawling up in a few days. I am hoping maybe someone out there has heard of this problem and knows a solution or can suggest something maybe I am over looking. LOL, I am asking which feels awkward for me, because I can solve most of these problems with my system and or software. But I am stuck with this one and cannot seem to get a lucky break in search engines to find out if anyone else has had this problem with the SAAC program. Also sorry for the retarded long post!!!

As far as the mod you did not have the White, and Asian airport workers in the mod.. And after reviewing the Sound HTML page, and the PEDS MOD, I see the misspelling for the PIMP voice BMYPI, is BYMPI.. The BMOSEC Voice is the same from the MOD, and from the Sound HTML page also, not sure if there another spelling for it and RockStar messed it up when they hard coded the commands. I am guessing who ever put together that web page and those involved had to have found them in the EXE file. Or somehow they were able to obtain a list from RockStar.

If you do not have v1 yes you need to downgrade... And unless any error windows pop up saying something from the SAMI, missing scripts, ect... Then SAMI has installed them properly..

Two things I wanted to add too this... The changes will be done in the PEDS.IDE file, in the DATA folder.. In this IDE file you will see a number of different animation names.. man oldman gang1 gang2 oldfatman fatman jogger ECT......... You will change these names out and put in DRUNKMAN... Even for the woman.. DRUNKMAN will be the name for the animation.. There are a couple of other names you can try to use to see a couple of different Animations, BLINDMAN and SHUFFLE... Tho I do not know if these will be any more fun.. The Blindman is obviously from Woozie's character... I can only imagine after watching him ram into everything how amusing it would be to watch PEDS walking off to no where, into traffic, off into the water, ect.. Tho for me after about 2 minutes it would be boring.. The shuffle I have not gone through the peds in the PEDS.IDE file, only certain ones I have looked at or galnced at so I do not know how the Shuffle animation works exactly.. I know they hate double posts.. So forgive me, but those who have already seen this post I would hope the second reply would get them to notice this...

In the DATA folder there is a file called ANIMGRP, now within this file contains how peds are animated.. You notice how the Hookers strut around, and how Fat OLD ladies are bent over and walk EXTREMELY SLOW... This is just a quick explanation of this file... And where this "Drunk Peds" idea came from.. Within this ANMIGRP is another animation called drunkman... Here is a sample file from my PED.IDE I will underline the key word we are looking for... 20, BMYRI, BMYRI, CIVMALE, STAT_COWARD, (man), 120C,1, null,7,5,PED_TYPE_GEN,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI ,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI Here is how this whole line appears str8 from the PED.IDE file 20, BMYRI, BMYRI, CIVMALE, STAT_COWARD, man, 120C,1, null,7,5,PED_TYPE_GEN,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI ,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI After COWARD, man, the "MAN" is the animation group, he walks around like a normal everyday real life male person.. but if we add............... 20, BMYRI, BMYRI, CIVMALE, STAT_COWARD, drunkman, 120C,1, null,7,5,PED_TYPE_GEN,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI ,VOICE_GEN_BMYRI He walks around "three sheets to the wind" as they say.. Now I had done this to the BMOTR1, Black, Old, Man, Tramp aka homeless.. He is seen in and around the Johnson house, and through out LS only, in the poor areas. This HOBO does not drive any vehicles at least, I have never seen him drive at all.. So I did do this to the WFYRI, WHite, Female, Young, RICH women, she is the one that says "have you been drinking Champagne too"? If you ram into the vehicle she happens to be driving ... This is were this gets lame, she does not look to be drinking and driving, she drives pretty normal.. However when she stops at red lights she blocks cross traffic from being able to go through, and if you ram her she drives at extremely high speeds, the car she was driving (cannot remember the name) is the same as the LS and SF cop cars. I know full well that car did not go that fast before, I had rammed those cars several times, and even shot at them and they never got that kind of speed.. She does not sway all over the road, so it is obvious some other file, or it is just hard coded, controls the cars motion, I am guessing the only way to see someone sway all over is if CJ or the player in San Andreas were to be drunk. And there was a MOD for this but I have to see if I cannot find it, but I am guessing CJ drove normal or the animation while CJ was driving never changed. I plan on trying to figure out how to give CJ the DRUNK MODE, just for myself to see if it makes a difference. If the screen is blurry and sways.. Similar to the mission from Vice City.. But I doubt it, I have not found anything in any forum about this, and I figure it would have got a number of searches if it was like the Vice City mission. Or maybe people do not have a sense of humor and find this kind of mod to be degrading to the GTA game, or fear it would promote kids, underage drinkers the idea that it would be fun to drink and drive in real life.

Create a folder on desktop for SANAN Backups, copy the GTA3 file and paste it in the backup folder... You need to download IMGTool, you can get it from GTAPlace mod archives and use it.. You will look at the name of the mod you downloaded and then in GTA San Andreas/models you will find GTA3 file. After you you get the IMGtool out from being compressed you can move it directly to your desktop, then open the folder and click on it so it attaches to the GTA3 file.. Go back into your MODEL folder and click the GTA3 file an IMGTool loading screen should appear and then the contents of the GTA3 file will show up.. Use the Options menu and look for "FIND" type the name of the mod into this, the name of the mod is going to be the name of the original file in the GTA3 archive.. The first one you will see after it searches will be a DFF this is a 3d model.. You want to scroll down and find the same name only with .TXD at the end of it, hold down the CTRL key and left click the TXD file to highlight it. At this point you should see two files highlighted... They both have the same name, only one as DFF and the other TXD at the end of the names.. Rightclick either file and delete them it should delete both files... Then use "add to archive" found in the menu options, you will get a search window for files and folders, find the folder with the mod, and ADD the two files one at a time.. If you scroll the hole way to the bottom of the GTA3 archive you should see two files DFF and TXD these are the two MOD files.. Then use "rebuild archive".. At the bottom of the window you will see progress stats, when it is 100% then the archive has been fully rebuilt.. Close out the IMGTOOL window and play the game... Note that these files are group together, weapons, vehicles, ect.... So when you go to look for the TXD file, you should only have to scroll down very slightly. At first look you notice how many files there are, and using the FIND option will take you to the group of files you are looking for in this case the weapons.

Cool, I will have to take a look at your mod then to see whats going on.. I did email RockStar techs to find out if they could help.. But I am guessing it is like trying to ESP aliens, your going to be disappointed It was lengthy post, but I'd thought maybe, I would explain to others who had seen my Missing Peds post what is going on here, try to give some info for those out there that want to tweak there game, a idea of what some of us out there are trying to do when playing with these files. I will compare what I have done with your mod, and PM you if would like to see the differences in the things that I have done? The drunk mode for the animation stat is something I will play with today, there are a couple of tramps, and rich peds that refer to themselves as drinkers, so I will see how this or if it works...
