OH FFS that damn ad covering this damn box again arg lol, anyways, my CPU is a AM2+ and it wont work on cheap board as i found out, my other asus board one model down wouldent take my AM+ even so it said it would, no idea why it wouldent work as the other board supports hyper thread transfer 3.0 and i dont think the board is unable to handle an 8mb cache cpu ut it just wouldent have it lol, i just think it couldent cope with 3.0 gh'z stupidly, i was not pleased at all that i had to get another board one model up to support the lastes AM-2= X4 II, not amused at all >_>

Yeah Nvidia are on Intels cock, but strangely i just always pair them like that, as do a lot of people, but im not a flamer, each to their own, intels are more reliable lol, but amd's have more OC potential and they run slighty quicker, reacently asus amnaged to overclock a AMD CPU to 6ghz a core using liquid nitrogen cooling , but yeah strange combo tbh but it's always worked really well for me, so long as you dont buy a shit asus board

AMD Phenom X4 II 940 3.0 GHZ overclocked to 3.6GHZ Nvidia GTX 295 6 gbs of geil black dragon gaming ram 800mhz, 1022 is less stable. 2x sata 250gb HDD's can't remember what board ive got, the box is in the shop , its one sposerd by the republic of gamers and it an ASUS. I'm a fanboy yesh, AMD, Nvidia and Asus and Geil, sorry but they are the best makes.

If i get what your getting at i think there is, it rings a bell from a conversation i had reacently about mac letting their os' to be installed on normal pc's, some form of semi-partership, might be nice, but tbh i'd still pick linux for my multimedia and windows for gaming , but then again a lots of revelountionary features from vista were stolen from mac >_>. And as for the person who said visa runs quick, here a little test for you, go on vista, run a music program 8 tabs and watching youtube at the same time as having msn open, steam, games for windows and see how it runs then, go and do that on 7 and it will run fine, as long as you have a good pc

LMAO, i've just done it myself today, i've got a fake version of vista ultimate and today i decided to bung it on my other pc, and it quite happily came up as valid on the MS website for downloads, haha, sorry, im a bit non risky taker, cos my father owns a computer shop and i work there in my spare time, i have to watch what im up to as im an employee there, and according to him he can be done for employing a family member who knowingly has pirated stuff on my pc , MS need to work on the validation me thinks, but windows isnt exactly hard to crack with the right patch to get rid of the activation ma bob , hey ho hum, i suppose in some respects pirating the OS can be accepted cos a lot of people can't affford to randomly fork out that amount of money, especialy at this time of economic crysis.

Ahhhh, yeah good point, i forgot you can get things like that, like when i did graphical communication we got Autodesk Professional 2008 for free, hmmm, the only thing i got free in regard to web design was a HTML program and Adobe Macromedia stuido 8 with dreamweaver ect, still saved me 600 quid, your a lucky bugger chris , i've already decided im not pirating this, vista deserved that, but 7 deservs the money, cos its worth the 89 quid, also im not risking the fine that i can't afford , cos if they find this they will find the rest >_<.

Half of the things you are describing sound more like results of a cheat code not an actual mod, it's very hard to mod games on consoles like we can on PC, as the game isn't physicly installed, it does install game data file, but you cant do things like add new caard, or change textures, or add game overhauls, sorry but im pretty sure thats impossible, or we would have a console modding section

May be a big IF, but still even over phone you will not get away with it if you connect to the internet, unlesss, you keep away from every microsoft site and partner, do not use games windows for live, or anything else that connects to an MS server in the similar catagory, then again lo, you can just turn of updates and you shall be ok, they wont catch you so long as you dont download updates ect, id probarbly end up with god knows how much in fines if i got cought with my pc to, i dont really mind pirating on movies ect, but i hate it when people download games, and they complain when it donesent work, or they can't mod it, anyways, im actuly becoming half tempted to cancel my pre-order and aquire vista or i can just crack RC , cos there isnt much difference from the final build bar the odd little tweeks, and thank got 7 dont come with IE installed or any crap like that . I agree with steam, sorry, but anyone who does vote for vista is a retard, either that or doesent know any other OS, on the topic of windows 7, my pc had a major crash this morning compleatly randomly, and then belive ti or not it took 30 mins to boot into a usable OS, only to find out the stupid ethernet port on the motherboard had caused it >_<. But come on, how can you say vista looks better than 7, i love 7 as you can fully customis the theme to what you want, i love the fact you can make the taskbar ect any colour under the sun, and the sound scemes are quite nice, since the standard one is utter crap, making pethetic litte chripy sounds, vista deserves to be binned and forgoten IMHO.

I forgot to mention i do happen to use Ubuntu aswell, i just uninstalled 8.10 and replaced it with 9.04 after it arrived by post, and yah i have a strage thing, i dont like downloading it, i'd rather have real copies of them, after all it's still free

Just so you know, if MS catch you with pirated software of theirs they will fine you a minnimum of £5000 per programOS, and dont be smart thinking you will get away with it forever, cos when you register new OS's and it updates it matches the windows key to the serial code on your CPU, and if it comes up as not matching then they will lock your OS, and also why not just buy a real one, also ultimate is no different to Professional onlt ultimate has bitlock with it, i've pre-orderd Professional, i just can't stand people who pirate things like games and OS's, just dont get cought, even if you so use a crack to freeze the system activation countdown or de-activate it compleatly, you will get cought eventualy, hense why i dont use office 2007 anymore, since its not legal and my mates dads company reacently got fined for having office on multiple pc's with one key.
