I'd like a mission where you steal a cops outfit from a dry cleaners. Then dress like a cop and go to an enemy gangs hideout in a cop car. You say "freeze!" and all the gang members line up on a wall with there hands up. Then you and some other guys shoot them.

I would like to see animals in the forest and maybe farm animals but not pets. Maybe on the radio it would mention "The pet ban in _______City". I think you should be able to kill animals but nothing to crazy. No heads blowing up or anything. Just some blood splatter.

I would like it if R* made more GTA movies like GTA SA the introduction. That would explain alot. Like Vice City the introduction would be awsome. It would show Tommy kill all those guys and then get arrested.
I don't think Brian (if he is the main character) should be killed at the end of the game. It should show him get killed in some kind of GTA San Andreas Stories speacial DVD.

Ryder would be a cool character but he was pretty crazy in SA. I wouldn't want the main character to be on drugs.
Brian Johnson (CJ's brother who died) would be cool. And at the end of the game he say's something like,
"Those mutha f***as will never stop me!! I'm unkillable!!" and then a few years later he would , in fact, be killed.

You know how in VC in the stats menu it said things like:

Ball bounces on head
Well maybe in VCS it will say "People stacked" or something.

It was pretty cool but stunt vids that use mods are never too good unless it's a vid trying to show off the mod.

CJ shot Misty and Jonny. Mission failed.
You respawn at a hospital. There's a taxi waiting for you. Retun to nachos place and restart the mission.
Jonny arrives in Grove street with Misty . There's a bunch of grove street members there. Somebody told them Jonny was going to kill CJ. They open fire. Misty says, "Get into that alley! I'll cover you."
Jonny runs to the alley. He pulls out a 9mm. He peaks his head out of the alley and sees misty shoting down grove boys like crazy. Soon all the grove boys are dead. She smiles at Jonny. "There we go." Misty says. Then a greenwood with the license plate Grove 4 Life comes and wacks Misty. She is laying on the ground bleeding. Jonny stays hidden in the alley. A man gets out of the car. POW!!!! He shoots misty in the face. Jonny jumps out. The man who killed Misty was CJ. Time slows down as Jonny kills CJ with his gun. CJ lays there in his blood. He's dead.
Jonny calls Nacho. CJ's dead but..... so is Misty. Jonny returns to Selern City (thats the name of the city where Nacho lives). Upon hearing of Mistys death Nacho says, " I always loved her." He puts a gun in his mouth and pulls the trigger. Nacho and Misty are dead.
Jonny returns to the motel where Salvatore was staying.
Salvatore says, "Everything will be alright. You, me and my boys will return to Liberty City. I'll have you made." "f*** no!" says Jonny. He pulls out 2 UZIs and kills Salvatore and everyone else in the room.
Jonny steps out of the motel room. He needs a job.........

How did you get a helicopter without cheats? What mission?

There's nothing back there. And there is no way back there without cheats. But for some reason there is a ramp back there, so if you end up in there (in a car or on foot) you can get out.

I use it as a coaster...................Just kidding. I love Vice City. Favorite GTA.
I like pretending to be in a gang. Putting on the Cuban outfit or entering the change character cheat.
