Absolutely fantastic game. I bought it yesterday, and I haven't been more excited for a game than GTA IV I think. Definitely the best game I've bought all year.
I honestly can't fault anything. The visuals are stunning, the story is great so far, the combat is just WOW...
I've never really been a fan of superhero games as most are too childish, but this game feels very grown up, and has a gritty/dark feel to it. Even if you're not a huge Batman fan, but love fast paced hand to hand combat you should love Arkham Asylum.

Tommy was 35 in 1986 (He was sent to prison in 1971 15 years prior), and in 2008 he would be 58. Now for U.L Paper to be his father he would have to be in his 70s (realistically). To me the U.L Paper guy looked like he was in his late 40s/early 50s.

I'm sick of Liberty... Rockstar seem to be proud of Liberty City or something, because I don't think there is a single GTA game (not counting the oldskool ones ) without at least a reference to how good Liberty is.
GTA 1 - Liberty City, Vice City, San Andreas
GTA 2 - Anywhere
GTA III - Liberty City
GTA VC - Vice City, Tommy comes from Liberty City.
GTA SA - San Andreas, Carl comes from Liberty City.
GTA IV - Liberty City II
GTA CW - Liberty City II
You forgot two others that are in Liberty City GTAA, and LCS. Also I'm pretty sure VCS doesn't have any connection to Liberty City at all. I don't really think it's because R* think Liberty City is good. Think about it for a second. Since GTA III what has every GTA set in Liberty City have in common? They were all the first GTAs on their respective platform.
GTA III- First GTA on PS2.
GTAA- First GTA on the Gameboy Advance.
LCS- First GTA on PSP.
GTA IV- First GTA on PS3/360.
CTW- First GTA on DS.
IMO R* use Liberty City as a "base" of sorts for future GTA titles.

I love Las Venturras. The nightlife is awesome plus the mob influence.

i choose Ceasar. He always had CJ's back despite their racial differences at first.

I understand how you feel, I am younger but I am still a virgin. I'm 19 but it does get you down sometimes when everyone around you is mocking you because you haven't "bumped uglies". But its not a bad thing, at the end of the day alot of people end up having sex with someone they don't care about just to get it over and done with and regret it. Just wait for the right person and they will understand, if you find someone who cares for you then it won't matter. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin at that age.
I know what you're saying. Thanks everyone for the rplies.
Maybe I just have alot of self control, because the last thing I want to do is knock up some girl that I'm not in love with.
-
I'm not sure if people will laugh at me or not, but I'm still a virgin at 23 years old. All of my friends lost theirs in high school, and from time to time I've been mocked, because I still haven't lost mine.
It's not that I don't want to, I just haven't felt the motivation. Although sometimes it does kind of drag me down with the thought of trying to tell a girl that I'm still a virgin. It just worries me that I'll get laughed at.
Does anyone feel like this?

An option as another means of transport would be good, but I don't really think I would like a story revolving around skating. I would buy Skate, or Tony Hawk for that.
Anyway it would be cool to do drive bys, or "skate bys".
Even roller blades would be cool.

Vice City. Although I love GTA IV, and CTW to me Vice City just oozes style, and character. IMO no other game touches it in these two areas.
What I love about Vice City is it's old school GTA. There's no micro management shit in it like GTA IV, or SA.
In Vice City I can play it without worrying about maintaining virtual relationships, or keeping other gangs away from my territory. It's just me, and the city.

Can't dive underwater? What was so great about it in SA apart from looking at the ocean/river floor, and a few pixelated sea animals? Such a pointless feature to complain about not being in the game IMO.
-
I bought it yesterday along with a DS Lite, and it's so fun. The drug dealing is really cool.
I also like the mingames like making moltovs at the gas stations, and the tattoo parlour minigame. From what I've done of the missions so far this game actually has quite a bit of humour. Huang reminds me so much of Niko.
It sucks though that GTA IV didn't have these features. The drug dealing would've been incredible in GTA IV.

The only things I honestly don't like in GTA IV is the lack of rewards for completing side missions, and no car customizing. Other than that I still love playing it to this day as much as I did back on 29/4/08.
Best GTA to date IMO.

Yeah committing suicide is awesome. Euphoria is such a great tool for this. That alone provides alot of fun. Also can't forget good old shootouts with gangs, and cops. Never gets old.
-
I still play SA from time to time, but I honestly prefer GTA IV. SA has more features, but I felt more drawn into GTA IV.

Resident Evil on PS1 scared the crap out of me when it first came out. I remember my cousin, and brother playing it, and it scared me so much that I ran into my parent's room, and hid under the covers. lol
I was such a pussy hahaha. Now I live, and breath horror.

The location where it's situated looks like where Salvatore's was in GTA III/LCS, but the house itself looks nothing like it.

The first couple of months after SR2 was released I was honestly convinced it was a better game than GTA IV, but then I woke up, and went back to the light.
I wont deny it has more to do than GTA IV, but GTA IV just feels like it had more effort put into it rather than just tacking on as many features as possible. Even SA with its features still felt like there was effort put into it. I just feel with SR2 the developers tried way too hard to outdo GTA.
Anyway in that 2 months I never even finished SR2's story. I've completed IV's multiple times.
So basically a few months ago I would've said SR2 handed GTA IV its ass, but as GTA IV has otten older I've really appreciated the work R* put into it.
Both are great games, but GTA IV IMO is a truer current gen game. SR2 looks, and feels like a PS2/XBOX game quite honestly.

Although I love the mafia theme, IMO VCS>LCS.
Why? VCS is just cooler.
The empire building alone is better than LCS. In saying that LCS is far from a bad game. It's just VCS is better.
-
I started a new save to get the trophies update, and I watched my brother play multiplayer last night, but I haven't played it for a decent amount of time in probably about a month.
I still like it, but honestly after a couple times through it does get a bit boring.
So I've been playing SR2.

In February I bought the GTA Collectors' Edition. GTA 1, London 69, and GTA II for $20 AUD.

It was always planned that there would be 2 DLC packs along with GTA IV. TLAD, and TBOGT are absolutely amazing for expansion packs. Considering the they just offer a different perspective on GTA IV's story they actually feel like different games all together.
