I dont know, How do i find out? Click on your start menu and click Run. Now type DXDIAG and press enter. Click on the tab that says display and that will tell you your graphics card.

I think it sounds like a cool idea. It'd be a lot of work though. Personally I have no problem letting my 6year old son play GTA. As long as I teach him the difference between a game and real life I dont see a problem. A video game alone doesnt make a kid wanna go out and commit crimes alone as long as they know the difference between right and wrong. IMHO. As for TEC9 saying he hates kids.... youre 14 dude, youre just a kid yourself. And your posts more that prove that.

Im not a big fan of SA-MP as its incredibly buggy and there doesnt seem much point it....no direction. Now MTA:SA on the other hand I do play alot. It generally plays very well and smooth and its great fun.

I downgraded from V2 and I cant use V1 saves so I guess it doesnt.

It should be in My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > User Tracks.

Even if he downgrades he wont be able to use version 1 save games, he needs a version 2 save game. There is one in the download section.

If you read the whole thread you will find that he has already downgraded.

You need to put it in My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files. Make sure you get a V2 save file, even though you downgraded you will still only be able to use V2 save games.

i tried it & it didn't work i got it to work, nevermind Would you mind sharing how you got it to work? It may help other people with a similar problem .

Well the main difference is that they were made by different devs. At the moment MTA:SA is only a race mod which means you mainly play Races or play on stunt servers and you cant get out of your car. Death match is supposed to be integrated soon(in the next build I think). SA:MP does allow you to get out of your car which means there are pretty much no race servers, they are all roleplay and deathmatch servers. I prefer MTA but I think SA:MP is more popular at the moment. MTA is spoiled by servers playing stupid maps and more online complaining retards than you can shake a stick at. There are more differences but those are the main ones. Hope I enlightened you some .

Dunno really mate. I just installed them and allowed access to the firewall and it works fine. Cant really say that I took any special steps to make it work. I dont use Windows firewall, I use ZA pro and its easy to give programs access. Since you disabled the firewall, changing settings shouldnt make a difference. Have you tried changing your firewall? Maybe Windows firewall still blocks access when its disabled because it knows you dont have another firewall. Try ZoneAlarm, you can get it free and its just as good as Norton firewall and more user friendly IMO. Good luck.

Nah man, this is MTA and this is SA-MP. Im more of an MTA man, even though its filled with lamers, flamers and some truly stupid maps.

Ive got V2 and MTA and SA-MP work fine. What firewall are you using? Its not a good idea to disable your firewall, you just need to allow access for MTA.

Did you try all the save games in the DL section? If you just bought SA then you will have version 2 and there is only one V2 save game in the DL section which I uploaded. Try it and it should work >>LINK<<.

Did you install any new programs recently? For some reason my SA randomly stopped loading when I was using WindowBlinds. It loads up fine if I close WB.

All the saves on this site are for version 1 of SA. If you bought SA recently then you probably have version 2 of the game so the saves here wont work. I have a completed save of V2 which I submitted to this site like 2 weeks ago but I guess it was never accepted.
