The rain where I live in Manchester is going down a bit thought its coming back, south Manchester got flooded badly in early July but other than that nothing really, I heard the best place to be now is like the north east area of England, there supposed to have the best drainage system and everything and they haven't been flooded I dont think. Though near where I live (about 3 miles) away theres a whole TESCO carpark flooded.
