Its easy it mods the handleing line through a simple to use User Interface. download it. open it select the car you want to mod and read the screen. you will get two error messages when opening but just click yes both times.

My advice would be to download ultimate editor and use it. with it you can adjust it to the size you want and then click use wheel size to fix the hovering thing. but if you use too big of tires it will glitch. I made that mistake messing with the mesa.

Uhm, I've checked my version, it's 4.5 aswell... Well, I get probs when working with textures whose aspect ratio isn't 1:1. Oh, one question, do you want me to try to edit that file or is that mod wheelman posted ok? And yeah, it has an over use of effects, not just the ripple one, all of them. Infact, that was my first job done with Premiere, and the song I used was just because I wanted to do some nice syncing. But yeah, overuse. Yeah I was hoping you could try to work on it and maybe teach me how to do it when you figure it out because that one wheelman posted seems too long and not tall enough. I'm not trying to be picky......well yeah I guess I am being picky but Silvers G.L. seems just about perfect. and I can tell you just used the song for the syncing. your nick is slayer and your avatar and picks seem too evil to be into techno-ish stuff. My guess is your either into death metal or really hard rock?

I prefer Silver007's modle. that one has lights where there arn't supposed to be any. I Emailed Silver007 and asked if I can do It. I havent goten a reply yet =( but hope fully soon And to Jace: How the hell do you get Air intake from Decals? lol just razin ya

You would have to change the name of the car and the wheel size for that one. Not sure tho. I just tweek speed. If you want to make it easyer you could try the ultimate editor.

lol thats too easy. All you do is black out the decals and set the carcols to 125,125 (not sure of the exact #'s may be 0,0) and your done Nah I wanna have it appear in the streets in like silver,red,blue ext.... all the colours it looks good in not only 2 of them. But If You want a copy of it black I can do that for you. (IF im allowed) PS: Wasn't the Charger on Bullet a dark metallic green?

Ok. Dillema. I need to know how to edit the DFF to make it not look for the decals. I cant match the colour due to the fact that I want it to be multiple colours. I have made It not show the decals but there is a big grey spot where they are supposed to go. is there a dff editor out there I can use(with a tutorial) or is it hopeless. I'll try blacking them out again. but any more help is appreciated. I'll have to find the guy who made it if (A) he cares that i mod it or ( if he minds if i give it out (with his name still on it of course)
