The bullet.txd has no body in it so you can only work with the interior. other cars are like this too. anyone know what to do? I want to make a paintjob for the bullet or infernus but cant.

No, he is talking about all modification types, not just vehicles and models. I know but the imgtool is used for most of the mods. unless otherwise stated in the read me or you know where it must go.
