These two guys look similar. I always believe that Victor Vance didn't die in the begining of Vice City. He just found someone substituted him to trade with Tommy Vercetti. After the substitute died, he took over the bomb shop, and moved to Liberty City. To avoid others to recognize him, he named himself 8-balls. How do you think?
